It analyzes magazines from concept development, interpreting the mission, and designing the look to editorial content, and, finally, the production and manufacturing of the finished product. It also discusses techniques on how to find and work with contributing writers and freelancers. Other key topics: financial management, sales, circu lation, advertising, and promotion.
